Do you have to have a lisence
to do nails at home? Like is it illegal to have your own “business” for say or do you have to be certified?

things have been ehh.. One of my best friends is moving AWAY, High School is petty much done (thank god minus missing awesome ass teachers), and other stuff. Hmm..
